With a diverse background and an insane work ethic, I play hard, work hard, and love to learn. As the co-founder of reFRAME Your Brand, I work with my partner, Jill Bunny, and our team to deliver next-level marketing materials and guidance to brands, businesses, and solopreneurs in a multitude of industries.

With over 18+ years of experience as a media professional, 12 of those years spent as a TV news anchor and reporter, I combine my unique background of talents, making me a go-to creative director. I also work closely with brand development and we implement cognitive behavioral therapy into our branding process.

My passion has always been to help women build their brands.

I am currently providing branding + marketing consulting through reFRAME Your Brand where we provide everything from photo to video, to social media management, YouTube and Podcasting, and copy. We’ve also created the ONLY branding photoshoot retreats in the country to get all of the brand imaging you need for your brand in ONE WEEKEND!

We developed our IDACON Method to build a brand that has helped thousands of people and we offer online courses as well.
